Tell us a little about your childhood.

I grew up in Birmingham, Alabama- and lived there until I was in my early 20s. I feel like something distinct from my childhood was how much I loved being creative. I loved any creative subjects in school and creating fun content/ideas with my friends on the weekends. This lead me to a passion for photography and marketing, which I studied in college! It’s kind of neat that I can still be creative day to day in my career now!

Moving from Birmingham, Alabama, to Los Angeles must have been a big change, what was the biggest change?

Moving from Alabama to California, my one goal was to feel challenged. The industry that I was hoping to make my way in had endless opportunities on the west coast, where as in Alabama they were somewhat limited. When I moved, I was essentially hungry for new experiences and challenges that adjusting to a new city was less intimidating in a sense! The one hardship was obviously moving away from family and friends (and traffic), hah.

We know you love makeup YouTube tutorials, can you share who are some of your favorite people to watch?

I grew up watching any and every tutorial channels, but 3 that stand out are Nikkie Tutorials, Manny MUA, and Patrick Starrr! I love that they all show the basics, but also aren’t afraid to try something new. They’re also all so entertaining and I grew up feeling like they’re my friends in a sense. I met and shot a video with Manny and I felt like I already knew him, such a cool experience!

Do you still watch The Bachelor, 'The Bachelorette?

When I have time, I definitely still tune in. I heard Paradise filmed recently so I’m excited to watch some of my friends on it!

If so, do you have a favorite for Katie yet?

I’m still trying to gage who my faves are, but I feel like aside from initial connection- she would thrive with someone who isn’t afraid to tune into their fun/quirky side!

What is the your favorite thing about Dylan Barbour, you can only pick ONE thing. There’s a lot of words I could toss in here, but one that stands out the most is patient. His patience aligns with being a good listener which is so important in a relationship! I’m also that person that takes forever to get ready sometimes so his patience is always a plus!

What is your favorite food and favorite restaurant?

I’ve been obsessed with any and every spicy chicken sandwich. It’s crucial that it comes with a good sauce, too! Fave restaurant is probably Tocaya, they have healthy unique bowls and they never fail me.

How do you stay so fit, let us in on your secret.

I typically eat fairly healthy at home, then allow myself to enjoy unhealthy food when I go out to eat! I try to focus on balance most importantly. This comes with working out too. Sometimes working out is getting some steps in, sometimes it’s doing a 20 minute workout, and sometimes it’s giving myself rest!

Do you have any upcoming projects you would like to share?

I have a big secret project in the works that I can’t wait to share! So stay tuned, coming soon!

What's your favorite social media app?

It depends on the day, but I like Instagram for inspo and keeping up with my friends. But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t sometimes scroll for hours on Tik tok!

What are your must have's when traveling?

I always try to focus on bringing some “routine” with me whenever I’m away from home. Bringing my skincare regimen is at the top of that list!

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? Career wise, I think every 5 years or so, I work on a new “challenge”. So I’m hoping to be working towards something new and something that I can learn from. Life wise, I see me and Dylan being married and having more international travel memories!
